Gulf Power remains committed to helping support customers experiencing hardship during the coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic.

  • We’re continuing to offer payment extensions and connect customers with available financial assistance.
  • For eligible customers, we’re also offering one-time direct bill relief; eligible customers have been pre-identified based on their account status and will receive a separate, direct communication from Gulf Power with more information.

We will continue working closely with customers to do everything we can to avoid turning the lights off for nonpayment, which is and has always been a last resort.
